Beef fat can be rendered down at home to make your own Beef Dripping or lay over leaner roasting joints like a topside or top rump, providing additional fat to baste the joint whilst roasting, maintaining succulence and adding flavour during cooking, its can also be used if you are frying or roasting on a high heat.
