Packaging

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.

Our main courier partner is APC Overnight. Orders are dispatched chilled for delivery on the date selected at checkout, subject to our delivery terms.

We deliver across our mainland UK delivery area. Northern Ireland, offshore islands and some remote Scottish postcodes are excluded. Please see our Delivery Information page for the current postcode exclusions, charges and delivery days.
