Inspection Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied in any way with either the quality of the produce or the service you have received, please inform us promptly in writing. Handling Complaints

  • Service Complaints: Any issues regarding our service will be carefully reviewed by our Customer Services team. We aim to respond to all service-related complaints within 1 working day whenever possible.

  • Product Quality Complaints: Concerns related to the quality of the produce you receive will be escalated to our dedicated Complaints Department for a thorough review.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our fresh produce, we are unable to accept returns. However, if the products you receive do not meet your reasonable expectations, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or store credit as appropriate.
