Text:  Anyone remember the proper Beef Stew that our grandparents used to make? Thats what I made from this cut. I braised the beef with onion shallots, added carrots swede Button Mushrooms. Nice Gravy and left it in the slow cooker for the day and it was tender, tasty and no gristle at all What you see in the picture is what you receive. In all honesty Chris at Bromfields is actually the most honest Butcher Ive ever used What you see is what you receive and his quality is consistent.
