We've often been disappointed with the supermarket lamb tiny chunks not much meat. We wanted some farm shop quality meat with decent size chunks and we haven't been disappointed. Meaty chunks fab quality.

My six year old grandaughter devoured a whole one of these monsters. Cooked medium rare they are fantastic. Love the fact they are local (we are in the Welsh valleys). We will be having them again soon!
We have had several of these. I slow roast it in foil then expose the pre-salted crackling and ramp up the temperature until it is brown and crunchy. A mid week feast that the family love.
This was the second time we have had this gammon. It makes a great roast with loads left for a pie, sandwiches etc. It won't be our last!
Cooked it to retain a wonderful pink, juicy core. A splendid Sunday roast. Will be buying again. Not cheap but you get what you pay for!

Just cook (smoked)this on Saturday, produced lovely tender pulled pork. Had pulled pork buns on the Saturday with enough leftover for nachos on the Sunday.
It would be great though if this came on the bone.

Can't beat nice thick streaky bacon that crisps up well adds great flavour to fried egg ....
You can't beat a nice dopple of beef dripping when cooking fried onions and lambs liver .. lovely ..
At last some decent back bacon nice thick cooks well in airfryer will be buying again .
