I was really skeptical when I bought these because from previous experience with supermarkets and my local butchers you know that theyre going to be as close to their use by date as they can go and they will put these flavourings on them to hide their rather "Going Off Taste" Not the case here they are as thick if not thicker than what you see in the photo beautiful taste as I lifted them out of the pan the bone fell off and what a taste explosion!! Absolutely delicious.
