A kitchen staple done properly. Our fresh chicken fillets are hand-prepared in-store by our butchers — trimmed, cleaned and ready to cook. Lean, versatile and consistently sized, they're the go-to protein for everything from a quick weeknight dinner to an impressive dinner party centrepiece.

Why Buy From a Butcher?

Supermarket chicken fillets are often water-injected to add weight and extend shelf life. Ours are fresh, properly prepared and sold as they should be — no added water, no shortcuts. The difference in texture and flavour when you cook them is immediately noticeable.

What to Cook

  • Stuffed & wrapped — butterfly the fillet, stuff with cream cheese and herbs, wrap in Parma ham and bake
  • Curry — diced and simmered in a rich sauce, they absorb flavour beautifully

Packaging

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
