Reared and slaughtered at this small farm near Usk these traditional White Turkeys have a superior flavour and texture, traditionally reared in spacious, open farm buildings with natural light and ventilation. They are bedded daily with fresh straw or wood shavings and have continuous access to food and water. Particular attention is paid to the birds’ health and welfare – These birds have more space than current guidelines suggest – to give them a better way of life. Only carefully selected specialist traditional breeds which are grown slowly to maturity; this ensures the quality, flavour and succulence of your Christmas turkey and a high proportion of breast meat.
