Orders are carefully packed and collected from our shop each evening before entering APC’s overnight distribution network for delivery the following day.

How Your Meat Is Protected
We put the same care into delivery as we do into butchery.
Your products are packed on overwrapped trays or vacuum sealed to preserve freshness, then placed inside a robust insulated cool box with chilled gel ice packs. This specialist packaging has been extensively tested and is designed to keep your order safely chilled for up to 48 hours from dispatch, even during the height of summer.
Our packaging is purpose-built for fresh meat deliveries and is significantly stronger than standard cardboard packaging.

Safe-Place Deliveries and Responsibility After Delivery
By placing an order, you accept that APC drivers may leave parcels in a location they consider safe if no one is available to receive the delivery.
Once APC marks the parcel as delivered and proof of delivery is available, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. If a parcel is left in a communal entrance, porch or designated safe place, we strongly recommend retrieving it as soon as possible.
