Our Courier Partner: APC Overnight
Our main courier partner is APC Overnight. Chilled parcels are dispatched through APC for delivery on the date selected at checkout, subject to our delivery terms and local depot coverage.
Tracking notifications are normally sent by email and/or text after APC receives your parcel, followed by delivery-day updates.

Areas We Do Not Currently Deliver To
Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), offshore islands and isles, and certain remote Scottish postcodes where the required courier service is unavailable.

How Fresh Meat Is Protected in Transit
Products are packed on overwrapped trays or vacuum sealed where appropriate, then placed inside an insulated chilled box with gel ice packs. The packaging system is designed to keep products safely chilled for up to 48 hours from dispatch.

Safe-Place Deliveries

Is delivery next day?
APC operates an overnight courier service after dispatch, but Bromfields uses scheduled delivery dates rather than promising same-day dispatch for every order. Choose from the available dates shown at checkout.
How long will my order stay chilled?
Our insulated packaging is designed to keep products safely chilled for up to 48 hours from dispatch.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or the islands?
No. Our courier delivery area is mainland UK only, with additional postcode exclusions in some remote areas.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please photograph the outer box, internal packaging, affected products and shipping label, then contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
