Smash Burger Mince 1kg

A purpose-made beef mince blend for proper smash burgers, made from a 50/50 mix of dry aged boneless rib cap and chuck steak.

The finished blend is approximately 80% lean beef and 20% fat, giving you the fat content needed for rich flavour, a deep crust and juicy smash burger patties.

How to Use

Divide the cold mince into loose balls of around 80–100g. Place onto a very hot flat pan or griddle, smash immediately with a sturdy spatula or burger press, season, then cook thoroughly.

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
