French Trimmed Welsh Rack of Lamb

A premium Welsh rack of lamb, French trimmed by our butchers for a clean presentation and easy carving.

Tender and full of flavour, it makes an excellent centrepiece for a roast dinner, dinner party or special occasion.

Guide weight: the 6-bone rack is approximately 400–500g.

Cooking

Season and roast to your preferred doneness, then rest before carving into individual cutlets. Always ensure the outside is thoroughly cooked.

Packaging

Packaging

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
