1kg Minted Lamb Loin Chops (6 - 8 Chops)

These minted lamb loin chops are cut from one of the most tender and flavoursome parts of the lamb. Carefully prepared by our butchers and cut fresh to order, they are lightly marinated in garden mint to complement the lamb’s natural sweetness.

Exceptionally versatile, these chops are best cooked over high heat. They’re ideal for pan-frying, roasting, or grilling, and are particularly good on the BBQ, where the mint develops a rich, aromatic flavour and the fat crisps beautifully.

Cooking tip:

Bring the chops to room temperature before cooking. Season lightly, cook quickly over a hot pan or grill, and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving to keep them juicy and tender.

Packaging

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
