A whole Fillet of Beef is a very special cut indeed. Taken from the most under used muscle of our grass fed Welsh Beef and traditionally matured to enhance the flavour.
This prime fillet will roast to perfection but you can also slice it into steaks or use for Beef Wellington.
Our Whole Beef Fillet is supplied larder trimmed or untrimmed please select from the available options.
please be aware the weight of the fillet if selecting larder trimmed is before trimming please expect some weight loss.
