What's in the Box?
- Rump — 1kg (4 x 250g) — bold, beefy flavour with great value
- Sirloin — 1kg (4 x 250g) — lean and tender with a classic steakhouse finish
- Rib Eye — 1kg (4 x 250g) — richly marbled for outstanding flavour and juiciness
- T-Bone — 1.2kg (2 x 600g) — two cuts in one: sirloin and fillet on the bone
- Fillet — 800g (4 x 200g) — the most tender cut of beef, perfect for special occasions

Why Dry Aged?
Dry ageing concentrates flavour and breaks down muscle fibres naturally, resulting in a more intense, complex beef taste and superior tenderness compared to wet-aged or fresh-cut steaks. All cuts in this box are aged in our dedicated dry ageing room, monitored closely by our expert butchers.

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery
The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.
If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
