Pork King Ribs | Chinese Style Marinade | 1kg

Our pork king ribs are marinated in a rich Chinese-style king rib sauce — a sticky, sweet and savoury blend with the deep umami character of soy, the warmth of ginger and garlic, and a glossy finish that caramelises beautifully under heat. Meaty, bold and packed with flavour, these are a proper crowd-pleaser straight from the oven or BBQ.

What are King Ribs?

King ribs are cut from the pork shoulder rather than the rack, giving you a meatier, more substantial rib with plenty of flavour and a satisfying bite. They hold up brilliantly to bold marinades and slow cooking, making them ideal for this style of preparation.

How to Cook

  • Oven: Place on a lined tray, cover with foil and cook at 180°C for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for a further 15–20 minutes until sticky and caramelised
  • BBQ: Cook over indirect heat for 30–40 minutes, then finish over direct heat for a charred, sticky glaze
  • Baste with any remaining marinade during cooking for extra depth

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
