Our take on the classic oak-roasted Toulouse sausage, inspired by the rustic flavours of southwest France. Crafted using prime cuts of pork shoulder, these substantial hand-linked sausages are seasoned with aromatic garlic, rich red wine and fresh parsley to create a bold, deeply savoury flavour.

This is a true belt-and-braces sausage: hearty, robust and full of character. The kind of honest, full-bodied sausage that would sit proudly at the centre of a traditional French cassoulet.

Each pack contains 6 handmade thick pork sausages with a minimum weight of 500g, prepared in natural casings for an authentic butcher’s bite and satisfying texture.

Packaging

Packaging

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
