All our orders are dispatched in a custom made packaging solution laboratory tested to achieve a temperature of between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions, operating within the Food Safety Guidelines. When you order with us, we like to keep you updated with your order progress. Once your order is placed we’ll send you an order confirmation. Here you can check all of your order details and ensure your shipping information is correct. Then, the day before your order is due for delivery, we’ll generate your shipping label and send your details to DPD. You will be notified by email once this has been completed.

From DPD

DPD will then collect your order from us and scan your parcel(s) into their tracking system. They will send a text or email notifying you that they have your parcel and that it will be delivered the next day. And finally, on the morning of delivery, you will get another notification providing a 1-hour or 2-hour slot. would encourage all customers to download the Free DPD App to have up to date notifications on the delivery of their parcel. The customer gets a notification it is out for delivery, a 1 hour time slot, a 30 minute notification and a ‘Your Next’ notification. The customer should therefore be able to practically track the drivers every steps
