Recreate the classic chip-shop curry experience with DINACLASS Irish Curry Sauce Mix, a smooth, fruity, medium curry sauce with a gentle spicy kick. Ideal with chips, chicken, sausages, rice, vegetables or as a dipping sauce.

What Is Irish Curry Sauce?

Irish curry sauce is the smooth, mildly spiced curry-style sauce commonly served in chip shops and takeaways, especially with chips. It is generally fruitier and sweeter than many Indian-style curries, with warming curry spices and a thick, pourable texture.

How to Make Dinaclass Irish Curry Sauce

  1. Mix: combine 250g of curry mix with 1 litre of water.
  2. Boil: stir continuously and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer: reduce the heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Serve: pour over chips, meat, vegetables or rice.

Packaging

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.
