Our Limited Edition Balsamic Onions are a sophisticated step up from the traditional silverskin pickle. We’ve steeped crunchy onions in a rich, velvety blend of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Red Wine Vinegar. The result is a delectably moreish onion with a complex, sweet-tangy profile that lingers on the palate.

The Story Behind the Label: This isn’t just a jar of onions; it’s a piece of Crooked Pickle history. The bespoke label artwork, created by the talented Inga Mendelsöhn, is a vibrant map of our founder Felix’s life. From mountain biking and bread baking to nods to his upbringing in Africa, these jars are designed to look as good on your shelf as they taste on your plate.

Packaging

We pack chilled orders in our insulated plant-based box system with food-safe gel ice packs. The packaging has been laboratory tested to help keep products between 0°C and 8°C for up to 48 hours in warm conditions when the box remains intact.

After Delivery

The cardboard outer box and insulation can be recycled through normal cardboard recycling where accepted locally. Please follow the disposal instructions on the gel ice packs and your local recycling guidance.

If your parcel is delayed, keep the box closed until delivery and check that the contents are still properly chilled when they arrive.

Our main courier partner is APC Overnight. Orders are dispatched chilled for delivery on the date selected at checkout, subject to our delivery terms.
