Made from free range pork approx 12 to the pound, chipolata sausages can be slow fried, baked in the oven, grilled, or put on the BBQ. a good choice if you`re in a hurry as these cook faster than the thick sausages.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we produce high class sausages. We assure you these are home-made on site. Mixed perfectly, following our own recipe, the sausages use 100% of our own meat produce. The pork sausage is a classic that needs no explanation. Contains Rusk and seasoning.
