A catering pack of Rindless Dry Cure Back Bacon, Traditionally cut thicker ideal for sandwiches or breakfasts. 


Dry curing is done by rubbing the exterior of the meat with a blend of ingredients and allowing it to sit in its own juices for a long period of time, without the addition of water. Dry curing typically results in a deeper, more robust flavor profile.

Curing salts are massaged into the pork to allow those exquisite flavours to develop, without an overwhelming salty taste.

Great taste and value

Great taste, not too salty and no excess liquid. I thought I would give dry cure bacon a try, having got fed up with pans full of milky liquid and poached bacon. I am never going back and will be be buying dry cure in future. The service from Bromfields buchers was great, I bought the 2 kilo pack and all the family are really enjoying it.
