Our handmade bone marrow burgers are created using only the best grass-fed beef and enriched with bone marrow butter, which beautifully melts to give the meat a level of juicy tenderness that can’t be matched by anything else. This is the best of the best when it comes to burger meat, ideally served with plenty of crispy chips and onion rings for everyone to enjoy.
Top Tip - do them in a cast iron pan to keep all of the dripping that comes out, pour it back on afterwards or coat your brioche bun in it, takes things to a whole new level!
