This was a excellent centre piece for Christmas day, succulent and cooked perfectly 10/10
Were used to small pigs in blankets but what we received were humongous but despite this they were very tasty and compliments were made by our family as to how good they tasted so thank you and will defo be ordering these again from you.
We’ve never used Bromfields before as used our local butchers but last year 2023 had to be the worse we’ve ever had so decided to look elsewhere and found Bromfields, what a result is all I can say, this has been the very best Pork joint we’ve ever had and will definitely be using them again in 2025. Even when our order turned up we called for advise as we got our delivery on the 14th and concerned that it may have had to be frozen but they gave us advice which we followed, needless to say we still haven’t managed to cook this due to the size but so looking forward to eating it when the time comes.

Ordered quite a range of meats consisting of Ribeye, Sirloin, Silverside, Pork Loin, Boneless Leg ofLamb, also Minted Lamb Steaks and Shanks, and Chicken Breasts have had some of these before and found them to be really good quality cuts of meat that’s why I’ve ordered a bigger order this time also ordered there Dry Cured Bacon both Plain and Smoked that’s how first used them the delivery is good the packaging is good with the ice packs so any body looking for a good quality Butcher that delivers check this Butcher out you will not go wrong thanks again for the good quality meat and service John Stoke on Trent

This pork loin was a five star treat! Beautifully succulent with a great crackling. Probably the best we have had. Our dinner guests agreed the taste was superb and asked who our supplier was! Wel passed on the love! Thanks for another great product!
The Turkey breast wrapped in bacon arrived expertly packaged. When cooked it was the most succulent Turkey we have ever tasted. The whole family were amazed at the flavour and moistness. It went down a treat! Will order again!
From the moment I contacted for advice until I received my order everything was excellent, especially the gentleman I spoke to on the telephone who gave me advice and when the Crown arrived it looked top notch. It is now cooked, sliced and in the freezer for Christmas as I am entertaining on my own I required a fresh bird and easy to carve. Many thanks to you all.

Great edition to traditional breakfast lovely fried in beef tallow or grilled .
Very rich , moist filling cooks up lovely nice cooked and eaten cold as well
