How can I be sure where your products are sourced?

Customer confidence is of vital importance to Bromfields Butchers and we insist that all of our suppliers give us full details so that we can track all meat right back to the farm of origin.

Ordering

Can I change my delivery address once my order has shipped?

No, due to the nature of perishable goods this is not possible.

Can I request where my order is left?

Yes, the DPD app allows you to manage your delivery and update delivery instructions. You can download it from the App Store for iPhone and iPad or from the Google Play Store for Android devices.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order throughout its journey. DPD will send you an SMS and/or email with tracking instructions once your order has been shipped.

What happens if I input an incorrect email address or mobile number when placing an order?

If you input an incorrect email address or mobile number when placing an order, you will not receive order confirmation, delivery updates, or notifications from our courier. It’s important to double-check your details before completing your purchase. If you realise the error after placing the order, please email us as soon as possible to correct it. However, we cannot be held responsible for any missed communications due to incorrect contact information.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes of course, please email info@bromfieldsbutchers.co.uk referencing your order number no less than 4-working days before your chosen delivery date.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Delivery

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the whole of the Mainland U.K Excluding the scottish Highlands as this is a two day service.

Can I change my delivery date once my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our goods, it is not possible to change the delivery date after your order has been shipped.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, free delivery on orders £100+.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Customers should note that in the rare event there is a delay with your delivery, our insulated packaging ensures that the meat stays in optimal condition for over 48-hours from the time it leaves Broimfields HQ. If there is a problem with the meat delivered we will do everything we can to make it right, we value and seek long-term relationships with our customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order on your chosen delivery date, however please allow an extra day for any courier delays, our delivery boxes are tested to keep your order chilled for a minimum of 48 hours.

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are as follows:-

Orders up to £60 - £12.99
Orders £60 to £99.99 - £9.99
Orders over £100 - FREE DELIVERY

Will my delivery driver knock at the door?

Please note that the way deliveries are made has changed, and DPD drivers no longer have to knock or hand the parcel to you in person. If they don't, you should receive an electronic notification (text or email) once the delivery has been made, so please look out for this and be on hand to take custody of your delivery.

Which days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver from Wednesday to Saturday. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays
