So I buy the catering pack and slice it and pack in the freezer with rashers from their 2.2kg bacon pack, so I have bacon and black pudding ready wether i's a full English or a sandwich.

The Black pudding was very very nice, 2 or 3 slices with the mixed grill cannot beat it. And a slice now then when you pass the fridge. Love it.
