Choose products and add them to your basket. once you have everything you need your can choose your collection dates or delivery dates and checkout, you may also save your basket for a later date using the wish list which can be accessed by clicking the love heart at the top right of the home page. 

When you place an order with Bromfields Butchers you will be asked to select a target delivery slot. Target delivery slots are available over set days each week and are based on when our team is dispatching goods. We aim to get all orders dispatched 24 hours before your target delivery date, your order will normally be delivered on the target delivery date that you selected and the box should be left if no one is at home at time of delivery. You can track the progress of your order in the my account section of the Bromfields Butchers website. Occasionally items may arrive after the target delivery date due to reasons beyond our control such as inclement weather or transit problems. We dispatch orders between Monday and Thursday each week. We don’t dispatch orders on Fridays or weekends.

You can track your order by logging into your account section of the Bromfields Butchers website. Once logged in, you can find out when your order was processed, dispatched and received. Help and advice is always available from the Bromfields Butchers Customer Care team. Drop them an e-mail or give them a call if you can’t find the information you need from your online account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you but, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, at our absolute discretion, refund or offer store credit

Every Bromfields Butchers order is packed into sturdy, temperature-controlled boxes. Our insulated boxes are designed to last up to 48hrs keeping your order fresher for longer.

As all our meat products will arrive vacuum-packed, the perfect conditioning environment, the general use-by date is 5 days from the packed-by date. All our orders are prepared the morning that they go out for delivery and each product has a label with the dates mentioned. Our ready meals are tray wrapped and have a shorter shelf life of 3-4 days.

Step 3 Pay for your goods using our secure site.

 

Step 4 Just come into the shop & go to the counter to collect your order, or give us a call on 01873 268686 when you are outside and we will bring your order to your car.

 

Simple as that!!

 

Our meat is always chilled never frozen and that's the way you'll receive it, suitable for freezing at home. 

We recommend a maximum of 3 months.

 

Our lamb is dry aged for 14 days, first by our suppliers and then in-store. Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days before it arrives to us and we continue this process for up to 40 days.

All our online payments are currently run through Shopify Payments. We accept the vast majority of online payment methods as well as Google & Apple Pay.

Delivery Charges

Orders up to £60 - £9.99

 

Orders £60 to £99.99 - £6.99

 

Orders over £100 - FREE DELIVERY

 

This includes temperature controlled packaging and delivery to your door via our couriers. We ask all customers include a safe place to leave the package (with a neighbour, behind the bin, in the greenhouse etc) with the order as packages CAN NOT be returned to the depot.
