300g Dry Cure Back Bacon

A traditionally dry cured bacon. Our rashers are cut from the loin of pork. 


Dry curing is done by rubbing the exterior of the meat with a blend of ingredients and allowing it to sit in its own juices for a long period of time, without the addition of water. Dry curing typically results in a deeper, more robust flavor profile.

No colourings, chemicals or water added, so unlike the typical supermarket bacon, our Dry cure bacon rashers will not shrivel in the pan.

Curing salts are massaged into the pork to allow those exquisite flavours to develop, without an overwhelming salty taste.

 

Each pack comes with approximately 4-6 slices depending on thickness
