Strawberry and Prosecco Jam was chosen by discerning taste testers as the flavour they wanted most. We love it for breakfast with hot buttered toast, a delight with afternoon tea with a home made scone and clotted cream but what comes first, the cream or the jam? We're all about the jam!
We also love a Strawberry Mojito - add a table spoonfull to a measure of rum, top with soda mix well before adding a sprig of mint - truly scrummy!!!
Ingredients: Whole Strawberries, sugar, Prosecco (Alcohol), lemon juice, pectin and a butter. Prepared with 66g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content is 65g per 100g.
