We age our beef in our Himalayan salt dry age fridges for a minimum of 28 days

I ordered steaks from Bromfields Butchers trying to find a cheaper and/or more diverse alternative to my local butcher. I ordered twelve Welsh Black steaks (6 sirloin pack, 6 rib eye pack) and two 32 day dry aged rib eye steaks. All steaks were under "dry aged" category at the site. Pros. The order was delivered in a cardbox with water-filled coling packing. Every steak was individually vacuum packed. Cons. Even that all my steaks were under "dry aged" category, only 32 day dry aged steaks' taste and aroma were comparable to steaks from my local butcher for basically the same price. Ordinary steaks were much less tasty and aromatic. Don't get me wrong, these steaks are pretty decent, but in the words of my wife "these aren't as wow, as the ones you cooked previously". So, I think this site is a great option if you don't have access to a local butcher with decent steaks.
This really is the best steak I’ve ever tasted, I’ve been buying meat from Bromfields for a while and thought the dry aged steaks sounded a bit expensive but thought I’d treat myself. What can I say I’m hooked and just about to order some for my parents as a gift.
