Slow roasting flat rib brings the best results
Flat ribs are best cooked in a slow cooker, or in your oven on a low heat, with plenty of stock, or even better red wine or dark ale. Cook for a minimum of 3 hours (or longer if using a slow cooker) when it has been cooked long enough the beef will begin to fall away from the bone.
